In 1989, I created this company based on the belief that I could improve people’s lives by helping to make better places for all to live, work and play.  For me, place making represented everything that human environments should be: Affordable, Functional and Inspirational.

Today, my belief is stronger than ever.  That’s why I am honored and humbled to be able to share my passion with you.
