The project involved build out and renovation of 75,000 square feet of office space in The Lakeside Square complex, 12377 Merit Drive, Dallas, Texas. The work involved three floors of class “A” office space and a cafeteria.
During my association with Robert Hoover Construction, Inc., Mr. Hoover always conducted his operation in a professional manor, with a positive attitude. I always felt he would go to bat for me if work was not done to our satisfaction. He always provided constructive input to our design and building process and was reasonable when shades of grey were introduced. He was always involved with our construction meetings and provided valuable input to the process.
The bottom line is all phases of the project were completed on time and below budget. I don’t think this happens by accident and requires dedication and hard work from all parties. I would recommend Robert Hoover’s services to anyone involved in the construction process.
