Site Selection

Selecting the right site for your new business home is critically important and will have a dramatic and long lasting impact on your bottom line.  There are many things to consider when selecting your site and it all begins with us understanding your business, your customers, your employees and your (near, mid, long) term goals. In addition to simple access or ease of access, we also take volumetrics of consumption into account. Sampling of a few things we consider in the Site Selection process:

  • Urgency or Speed To Market
  • Natural and external impediments to development
  • Potential environmental and geotechnical cost impacts
  • Federal, State and Local Incentives
  • Access to Utilities (Water, Electricity, Gas, Sewer, Fiber, Cable, etc.)
  • Access to Transportation (Major Interstates, Rail, Public, International Airports, etc.)
  • Access to Amenities (Restaurants, Shopping, Hotels, etc.)
  • Access to Quality of Life (Residential Real Estate, Schools, Grocery Stores, etc.)
